RE-REACHING TO THE REACHED

C. S. Lewis says, “If you read history you will find that the Christians who did most for the present world were precisely those who thought most of the next. It is since Christians have largely ceased to think of the other world that they have become so ineffective in this.”

Its so unfortunate that the very same people who spread the gospel to the rest part of the world after receiving the good news, are probably the same we should be talking of when it comes to reaching out to the un-reached. Am now beginning to view things as Lewis did.

Sorry to say that the firer y nations which once produced most of the publications on evangelism alongside growing and serving God in our generations have become so cold as far as evangelism is concerned to a point of raising an alarm. Am talking about the nations in Europe who voluntarily reached the un-reached in my mother continent, Africa.

From being a cultural rooted continent and guided by traditional beliefs, it took long for Africa to accept the gospel and the changes that the missionaries brought along. Ironically, the same continent with was dominated by the other “gods” has become a hot-bed of revival.

There has been a move from society based jealous, sometimes hot tempered and always proud “gods” to a dispensation of serving the living GOD. This has made Africa to take a move of no return but always moving towards realization of the truth. #HONGERAAFRIKA.

Its you time to wake up and re-spread the word of truth to the original place of diffusion.
